Haha I just called Volkswagen to cancel an appointment. Yung sumagot, kala ko recording. So after "she" finished talking, I paused and after a while said, "Hello?" And what do you know, the "machine" answered. Hindi pala recording. Why do they have to have such high pitched voices and speak so fast.
